You simply need to go on nepal mercantile website and fill up the form and provide the document of your Citizenship. You can get this domain free with your name  as per your id only. But if you want to get this domain with company name or other names then you should have company registered in goverment files. 
 For primary servers and secondary servers you can put this:
Primary Server:     ns5.awardspace.com
Secondary Server: ns6.awardspace.com
